Refund policy
This Refund & Return Policy (“Policy”) applies to all purchases made through Botld. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.
1. All Sales Final
Due to the hygienic and personal-use nature of our products, all sales are final. Botld does not offer refunds or accept returns under any circumstances, except as expressly provided in Section 2 below.
2. Defective or Incorrect Items
In the rare event that you receive a product that is:

Defective, or

Incorrectly shipped (different from what you ordered),
you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by contacting botld@cartopackeg.com. You will be required to provide your order number and photographic evidence of the issue.
Upon verification, Botld will, at its sole discretion, either:

Replace the defective or incorrect product at no additional cost, or

Provide store credit of equal value.
No cash refunds will be issued.
3. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene, safety, and compliance reasons, no products may be returned once they have been shipped, regardless of whether they have been opened or used.
4. Shipping Costs
All shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at the time of purchase. Botld is not liable for orders lost or delayed due to incorrect address details provided by the customer.
5. Policy Amendments
Botld reserves the right to update or modify this Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
